| New Clean Room Moulding Operation Opening in Christchurch Facility |

April 8, 2005, Christchurch, Dorset, UK: Jarden Plastic Solutions announced today that they are opening a new clean room moulding operation, inside their 30,000 square foot facility in Christchurch, Dorset, UK in April 2005. This new operation will encompass 6,000 square feet and house 12 injection moulding presses ranging from 100 to 400 tons, along with other auxiliaries. Jarden Plastic Solutions will utilize this new clean room to support European and United States based companies with programs ranging from medical disposable packaging to medical devices that will require secondary operations and assembly. “This new clean room will provide our current customer base with the highest medical moulding technology available. Our staff members are very excited about the opportunity to grow our facility into the premier site in Europe to medical and consumer companies,” stated Tim Woodley, General Manager of Christchurch, in a phone interview on April 8th. Products scheduled for production in the new clean room will range from disposable medical parts to drug delivery and filtration devices.
